Mycah Glover speaks with Permian Basin Petroleum Association President Ben Sheppard on a proposal by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to add the sand dune lizard to the Endangered Species list. If it passes, it could shut down oil and gas drilling in parts of West Texas and New Mexico.
