Homeless Man Accused Of Having Sex With Minor

MIDLAND -- A homeless man who's accused of trying to have sex with a teenage girl is now facing steeper charges, after another girl has come forward.
Brandon Michael Hurley, 20, is now facing sexual assault of a child charges. Those charges come after a 14-year-old girl came forward and said that she had sex with him in January.
Hurley was already behind bars for online solicitation of a minor charges, after he allegedly messaged another teenage girl online and tried to get that girl to have sex with him.
Hurley had been living in at the Salvation Army before his arrest. Now, he's being held in the Midland County Jail on $75,000 bond.
