ANDREWS -- Congressman Mike Conaway was in Andrews early Tuesday.

Conaway was in the West Texas city to take a tour of the volunteer fire department there. He took some time to take a look at the damage that was left behind by the recent wildfires.

"Burning grass is one thing," Conaway told Big 2. "But it got communicated to me how intensely possessive they are of protecting folks' homes and structures. It's really eats on them if they were to lose a structure and this one, the Frying Pan Fire is just fences and grass and a little bit of livestock."

Of course, the Frying Pan Ranch Fire ended up burning more than 80,000 acres. That fire is now 100 percent contained.
