Midland, TX - The process of producing oil and gas takes a lot of different people. From the roughneck to the CEO, there's definitely a chain of command when it comes to production.

Last week, we took an inside look at the roughneck and the derrick hand. This week, we'll continue to work our way up the chain of command with a look at the driller and the rig manager.
