Midland, TX - The process of producing oil and gas takes a lot of different people. From the roughneck to the CEO, there's definitely a chain of command when it comes to production.

So far, we've taken an inside look at the roughneck, the derrick hand, the driller and the rig manager. This week, we'll continue to work our way up the chain of command with a look at the drilling superintendent and drilling engineer.
