One Dead In Shooting At Club

ECTOR COUNTY -- Ector County Sheriff's Deputies were called to the Pussycat Lounge at approximately 3:40 a.m. Saturday to a "shots fired" call.

The Pussycat Lounge is located at 101 Solo Road.

Upon arrival, officers found  17 year old Martin Blea Jr., a white male, had been shot in the head.

Blea was transported to Medical Center Hospital where he later died from his injury.

Investigators have a suspect and a warrant has been issued for Steven Ceasar Uresti, a 23 year old white male.  The charge is murder, a felony in the 1st degree.

An autopsy is pending.  No arrest have been made at the time of this press release.

Officers continue their investigation into this shooting and ask that anyone with information in this matter to please contact the ECTOR COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE at 335-3050 or CRIMESTOPPERS at 333-TIPS.
