ODESSA -- Police were called to the 2700 block of Fair Oaks in Odessa Monday morning where the bodies of 74-year-old Peggy Glover and 76-year-old Dick Glover were found. Both had been murdered.

The bodies were discovered by contract workers who were remodeling the house.

Police have arrested 27-year-old James Doyle Burwell after he was found driving the couple's 2007 Lincoln Navigator.

Burwell was found with a pair of boots that had blood on them and with the same boot pattern that matched boot prints at the scene.

He was also found with at least one credit card with Peggy Glover's name on it.

He is being charged with two counts of capital murder and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Burwell has no history of violent crimes or felonies.

Peggy Glover is the owner and CEO of Gemstar Fabrication. Her husband Dick is the owner of Dick Glover Company which specializes in oil field supplies.
