Man Arrested For Fatal Odessa Nightclub Shooting

ODESSA -- A person at the center of a local manhunt has turned himself into U.S. Marshals Thursdat.

    Steven Ceasar Uresti, 23, is accused of opening fire outside the Pussycat Lounge last weekend. Ector County Sheriff's deputies say one of those bullets killed 17-year old Martin Blea Jr.

    An arrest warrant was issued for Uresti after the shooting, but there was no sign of him for several days.

    Ector County Sheriff's deputies say Uresti turned himself in to U.S. Marshals Thursday morning. He's charged with murder.
