MIDLAND COUNTY --  An intense structure fire destroys a family's home and business.

This fire broke out around 8:45 PM Thursday along West County Road 115 south of the Midland Horseshoe Arena.

The fire destroyed a cabinet shop, a home, and a warehouse on the property.

Relatives tell us the family living in the house was home at the time of the fire. We're told they were not injured, but escaped with just the clothes on their backs.

Relatives of the property owner tell us everything was lost in the fire.

Fire fighters were able to get the fire contained last night, but the investigation into what started the flames continues.
