Still feels like summer outside especially when you factor in the west DRY winds and isolated storm potential. This afternoon will hit 97 degrees and after 3pm clouds will start to build. A weak cold front has stalled out over the Permian Basin which might give us just enough instability for an isolated storm but considering how dry it is, those chances are slim to none. Tomorrow the frontlingers keeping an isolated storm possible but the best chance holds off until Thursday when it kicks east of the Basin. Despite the rain chances, heat will not be an issue, look for middle 90's until Friday when some cooler, fall-like air filters in. A much more enjoyable temps will last throughthe weekend with lower 80's likely.
