When it comes to your baby, breast milk is best. Researchers in the UK spent the 2 years looking at the impact of breastfeeding.

They found, breast-feeding boosts a child's IQ and health, along with reducing the chances of behavioral and weight problems.   
   
Researchers also believe, doctors should encourage more mothers to breast-feed for a longer period of time.

And,

Before taking your vitamins, there's something women need to consider. A new study finds older women who take vitamins may have an increased risk of heart disease and cancer.

Researchers found multivitamins, B-6, Folic Acid and Iron could be associated with a higher risk of death for women around 61.

Health experts say previous studies indicated no positive effect from taking vitamins, but this is the first one to show a death risk.
