BUSINESS -- BP Oil Company is allowed to drill in the Gulf of Mexico again.

The government says BP has met enhanced safety standards put in place after last years deadly explosion and massive spill.

BP's new drilling site is 250 miles off the coast of New Orleans and will have a total of five wells.

Back in April 2010, BP's deepwater Horizon rig exploded killing eleven workers and spilling millions of oil barrels into the Gulf of Mexico.
