ODESSA -- An argument over a truck ends with shots fired in Odessa.

San Andres Lozano was arrested last week. Lozano, 29, bonded out of the Ector County Detention Center on Friday.

Odessa Police say Lozano took a pickup truck to a home in the 1100 block of Rose on the evening of October 16th.

Lozano's wife reportedly drove up to the home and blocked the truck in the driveway. But when the woman tried to get the truck keys from Lozano, police say he shot at her vehicle and punched her in the face.

Now, Lozano is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
