NBA Season to Start Christmas Day

NBA -- Last week NBA players and owners announced a tentative deal was reached after the league's months long lockout.

Meaning NBA practice facilities are now open for voluntary workouts. Official training camps will begin December 9th.

And the season will officially kick off on Christmas Day. The season will only be 66 games this year instead of the usual 82 games.
