Smart Pickup Trucks

The maker of the super-tiny Smart mini-car is moving into the pickup
truck business. But, don't expect a Hemi-powered, gas-guzzling
monster vehicle.
At under 140 inches long, the Smart For-us concept vehicle is about six feet shorter than America's best selling Ford F-1-50 pickup.
It's 55 kilowatt electric motor delivers the power of 73 horses and its bed design is large enough to hold two bicycles with the tailgate down.
The Smart For-us truck is set to debut at the Detroit Auto Show in January.
