The crash happened at University Boulevard and Andrews Highway around 1:30 PM Monday.
Al Radzka -- who was involved in the crash -- was waiting at a stop light at University Boulevard and Andrews Highway when his day went from normal to pure chaos.
"Next thing I know, this car comes -- must've been going 80-100 mph with a trailer behind it, fishtailing, and it takes out two cars in front of me," Radzka said.
The wild chase started on Interstate 20 on the west side of Odessa. Border Patrol agents pulled over a Chevy truck, but when the driver stepped out of the vehicle, the passenger slid behind the wheel and took off.
After the accident, the driver was apprehended by authorities on the roof of a nearby business and arrested. Two other people were taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Odessa Police haven't released the names of the people who were arrested or injured.
"When you're pursuing a vehicle 100 mph down Andrews Highway, this could have been an ugly situation," said Radzka.
Radzka said he's just glad that he and his car didn't get all dinged up.
"I'm happy that I'm healthy, " said Radzka. "I'm fine. It could have been a lot uglier."
