Key Energy Opens New Technology Center

ODESSA -- It takes a lot of equipment and different services to make the oilfield run safely and smoothly. That's where companies like Key Energy come in.
They welcomed hundreds of people to this open house today for their new Key Technology Center located off of I-20. It was a great opportunity to network and see all of their new, state-of-the-art equipment now ready to service the permian basin and other parts of the country.
"This is a facility that is probably a one-of-a-kind...atleast in terms of what service companies have. It's mostly dedicated to the construction of equipment that we use in our business. It also houses several of the operations of the various service lines that we provide here," said Dick Alario, Key Energy President and CEO.
Big 2 Energy Reporter Mycah Glover was honored to be at today's open house. She had a chance to interview Alario for an upcoming documentary called "Permian Basin Oil Patch: Past, Present, and Future" coming out later this year.
