According to The Big Spring Herald, Kyle Guthrie was indicted on online solicitation of a minor charges in Howard County Monday.
The Howard County Sheriff's Department says Guthrie sent sexually explicit messages to a 16-year-old girl.
Guthrie, 28, was arrested on February 7th, after Howard County Sheriff's deputies and officials with the Department of Homeland Security searched his home and seized some electronics.
Guthrie had been involved in the search for missing Colorado City teen Hailey Dunn before his arrest, and he was also a weatherman at KBST Radio in Big Spring in 2011.
Guthrie produced several online videos of volunteer searches for Dunn, and that reportedly helped him land his job with KBST.
