Krystyna Kolosie Reynolds was arrested for the second time in 2 weeks on July 11th.
A 15-year-old boy who is listed as Hispanic, a 15-year-old boy who is listed as white, a 14-year-old boy who is listed as white, and two 13-year-old girls who are listed as Hispanic were also arrested.
Police say Reynolds, 39, and the teens were involved in a vandalism spree which caused $24,184.12 in damage. That spree reportedly took place from April 9th to April 30th in Odessa.
Police say Reynolds and the teens were also involved in a separate incident that was reported on February 1st. In that incident, police say a 2007 Cadillac D.T.S. was scratched, egged and written on.
The damage from the February 1st incident was valued at $3,577.81.
Police say Reynolds, 39, gave the 5 teenagers the supplies to vandalize cars, including the eggs for the February 1st incident.
Police also say that Reynolds drove the teens around in a maroon Jeep as they shot out windows with a B.B. gun and a slingshot.
These crimes and several other vandalism cases across Odessa led the Odessa City Council to ban B.B. guns between 9 PM and 7 PM. That ban was approved at the July 10th Odessa City Council meeting.
Reynolds and the 5 teens are all charged with criminal mischief.
As of Thursday evening, Reynolds wasn't listed in jail records in the Ector County Law Enforcement Center. No booking information was available for the 5 teens Thursday.
