Big 2 News and Midland Teachers Credit Union salute this weeks hometown hero.

Kevin Jones graduated from Permian high school back in 2001.
   
Not long after that he joined the Marines, and has been with them ever since. Ten years now.
   
His parents are still in Odessa, but over the years Jones has served multiple tours in Afghanistan and Iraq.
   
Now he and his wife make their home in Fort Worth, where's he's stationed.
   
Nominate the hometown hero in your life, and help Big 2 News and Midland Teachers Credit Union recognize the heroes who have done so much for all of us.
