Former Cowboys Star Speaks at Odessa College

ODESSA -- A former Dallas Cowboys star was in the Permian Basin Wednesday evening.
Drew Pearson was the keynote speaker at Odessa College's "Leadership Through Adversity" Distinguished Lecture.
Pearson spoke about leadership and his experience, going from a relatively unknown rookie to one of the greatest wide receivers in the NFL.
One of his crowning achievements was the Hail Mary touchdown in 1975.
Collin Sewell of Sewell Family of Dealerships also spoke at the event.
The lecture was free and open to the public.
