A court hearing is set for today in the case against accused Colorado theater shooter James Holmes.

Prosecutors will also file 14 additional counts of attempted murder, bringing the total number of criminal counts against Holmes to 166.

The  Post  says defense attorneys also have several filings ahead of today's hearing, including a complaint that prosecutors leaked information to the media.

After the hearing, the judge will determine if there is enough evidence for the case to proceed.

Holmes is accused of being the gunman who killed 12 people and wounded 58 others during a showing of "The Dark Knight Rises" at a theater near Denver on July 20th.
