MIDLAND -- The Bulldogs will try to bounce back from a 41-0 loss to Abilene Cooper and return to the win column this Friday night in the Tall City Classic against crosstown rival Lee.

There is more on the line for Midland High than just bragging rights.

That loss to Cooper dropped MHS to a 3-3 record and fifth in 2-5A standings. As of right now, the Bulldogs are on the outside looking in on the post season. A win over Lee is crucial for Midland's playoff hopes.
