A foot chase involving the D.E.A and F.B.I ends with 2 men in handcuffs. Details on the incident are limited at this time.

But, we're told an off-duty police officer was at the Twin Peaks restaurant in Odessa and recognized a suspect in the Chili's parking lot. That officer contacted the D.E.A and police set up perimeter around the whole area. Officers were able to handcuff one of the suspects right away, but another suspect fled the scene reportedly with an assault rifle, causing a foot chase.

The second suspect was eventually caught by officers. Odessa police can't release any more deatails because this is a D.E.A investigation.
