Midland Fire Chief To Remain In Tall City

MIDLAND -- Midland's fire chief will be staying in the Tall City.

    Robert Isbell will continue to head up the Midland Fire Department.

    Isbell had been a finalist for the fire chief job at the Plano Fire Department in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

    The Plano native came to the Tall City from the Euless Fire Department in December 2010.

    Isbell is also the president of the Texas Fire Chief's Association.
