MIDLAND--The Lee High School orchestra held a different kind of fund raiser Saturday at C.J. Kelly Park. The organization put on a rubber ducky race.

To enter, participants needed to buy a rubber ducky for $5.

Prizes for the winning duck ranged from $2,000 in cash, to Cowboy tickets, to an iPad, to flat screen TV and more.

All together, the orchestra was able to sell on 5,000 rubber ducks. With each duck going for $5 apiece, the organization raked in at least $25,000.
