The crash happened around noon Wednesday near the intersection of TX 191 and F.M. 1788.
Midland Police tell Big 2 that a semi was heading south along F.M. 1788 when an S.U.V. that was heading north on F.M. 1788 made a left turn across the southbound lanes in front of him.
The semi and S.U.V. collided in the intersection, and the wrecked vehicles later smashed into a utility pole.
Luckily, no one was seriously hurt in the crash.
However, the collision with the electrical pole led to a power shortage in the area.
The big rig also began leaking fuel on to the road after the crash.
Several workers had to rush to the scene to clean up the leaking fuel.
