MIDLAND -- A motorcycle-riding lesson turns fatal in Midland.

The fatal crash happened in a parking lot at John P. Butler park around 4:30 PM on November 19th.

Midland Police say that Timothy Keller was showing someone how to ride a motorcycle when he lost control of the motorcycle.

The motorcycle hit a curb at a high rate of speed, went airborne and crashed into a chain link fence.

Keller, 31, died at the scene.

Police say that Keller was driving his motorcycle at an unsafe speed during the demonstration that led to the crash.

Police are waiting on toxicology reports to come back on Keller.
