An Ector County grand jury indicted Baushlyon Boyea Richardson on November 26th.
Richardson, 25, is now charged with murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
Odessa Police say Richardson, 24, fatally shot 23-year-old Pablo Jimenez in the Music City Mall parking lot in Odessa around 1:30 AM on August 18th.
Jimenez died at Medical Center Hospital after the shooting.
Richardson also reportedly injured Jovanie Bernal and Jesus Garcia in the shooting.
Bernal, 19, and Garcia, 21, were treated for their injuries at Medical Center Hospital.
Police say they were first called to the mall parking lot after people refused to leave the 10 Sports Bar and Grill inside the mall.
However, while officers were en route, multiple calls came in for shots being fired in the parking lot -- and police found Jimenez, Bernal and Garcia all injured in the area.
Police have not released any information about a possible motive.
The indictment came 10 days after the Ector County District Attorney's Office received the case -- on November 16th.
No trial date has yet been set for Richardson.
As of Wednesday evening, Richardson was being held in the Ector County Law Enforcement Center on $650,000 bond.
