Midland Begins More Road Work Monday

MIDLAND -- Heads up to drivers, starting Monday, parts of two main roads in Midland will be closed.

Here's the full traffic alert from the City of Midland:

Beginning December 3, 2012, lane closures will be used on Midkiff Rd. between Illinois Ave. and Wall St. and A St. between Scharbauer Dr. and Cuthbert Ave. Two- way traffic will be maintained at all times on Midkiff Rd. and A St., Adjacent streets will be closed for short periods of time during the Mill/Overlay operation. On Monday morning December 3, the 700 block of W. Cuthbert Av. and the 100 block of Club Dr. will be closed for approximately 2 hours during the milling operation. All properties adjacent to the work zone will remain accessible.
