Death Of Boy At Midland County Trailer Park Playground Ruled As Accidental

MIDLAND -- The recent death of a boy at a Midland County trailer park has been ruled as accidental.
A 9-year-old boy was found hanging from a garden hose near a playground at the airline mobile home park around 5 PM on December 3rd.
The boy was rushed to Midland Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The boy's body was then sent to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.
Midland County Sheriff's Office says that the autopsy -- which was performed Wednesday -- showed no signs of foul play.
Midland County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, David Cobos has now officially ruled the boy's death as accidental.
Now, deputies will no longer investigate the incident.
