Warmest Day of the Week Today with Big Changes Headed Our Way for Next Week, 12-6-12

Temperatures will warm this afternoon into the upper 70s and lower 80s.  The record high at Midland International Airport is 78 set back in 1966.

A weak cold front will approach from the north tomorrow allowing temperatures to lower slightly into the mid to lower 70s for both Friday and Saturday.

Sunday a strong cold front will push south through the afternoon bringing gusty winds and much colder air.  Low temperatures will drop into the 20s and 30s with highs reaching the 40s and 50s into next week.
