Burn Ban Back In Brewster County

BREWSTER COUNTY -- Brewster County has brought back a burn ban.

    Brewster County Commissioners brought back the burn ban during Monday's meeting.

    The ban will last for 90 days, but outdoor burning in closed containers.

    Outdoor welding will also be allowed for those who get permits from individual commissioners.

    The permits will be available for workers who have a spotter, an adequate amount of fire suppressant and a cleared welding site.

    No outdoor welding will be allowed on days with a Red Flag Warning.
