WEST ODESSA -- A trailer home goes up in flames in West Odessa.

West Odessa Volunteer Fire Department officials tell Big 2 that that the blaze broke out at some property in the 2200 block of Moss Avenue on Wednesday afternoon.

High winds sent the fire through a trailer home that firefighters said was likely abandoned.

Firefighters with the West Odessa Volunteer Fire Department and the Odessa Fire Department were able to get the flames out quickly, but the trailer was completely destroyed.

No one was injured in the fire.

The cause of the fire remained under investigation Wednesday evening.
