Midland City Council Approves Briarwood Avenue Expansion

MIDLAND -- Briarwood Avenue in Midland will soon be expanding.

    The Midland City Council has approved a plan to widen and extended Briarwood Avenue from Holiday Hill Road to Avalon Drive.

    The total project costs an estimated $3.7 million. The Midland Development Corporation will cover about half of the cost for the project.
