Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is expected to testify before Congress next month about September's deadly consulate attack in Benghazi, Libya.

That's according to the outgoing House Foreign Affairs Chairwoman.

Clinton's testimony has been up in the air because she has been recovering from a stomach virus and a concussion.

An exact date has not been set.

Two deputy secretaries of state will testify on Capitol Hill Thursday, Clinton's originally scheduled date.

Four Americans, including the ambassador to Libya, were killed on September 11th, when gunmen attacked the consulate there.

An independent review released yesterday said there were systemic failures and leadership deficiencies at the State Department.

Three State Department officials resigned Wednesday.
