Midland County Sheriff's Office Looking for C.I.U. Volunteers

MIDLAND---The Midland County Sheriff's Office is looking for volunteers for their Crisis Intervention Unit. 

The volunteer work is not average work because it is the only civilian unity called to the scene of a crime in order to help victims. 

People of all ages, races and walks of life are welcome to apply, but need to first pass a background check. 

The C.I.U. will provide new volunteers with the required 40 hours of training needed. 

Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
