One Killed in Christmas Eve Murder

ODESSA -- On December 24, 2012, officers of the Odessa Police Department were dispatched to a gunshot victim in the 300 block of S. Dixie.

Upon arrival, they found two victims. One of the victims has died and the other is receiving treatment at Medical Center Hospital.

Both victims were in a motor vehicle at the time of the shootings and the shootings caused an accident.

Identity of the victims is not being released at this time, pending notification of next of kin.
