Snow Forecast for Thursday Night Across West Texas, 1-3-13

Snow will continue to expand and push northeast overnight.  Roads will quickly become dangerous once snow start to fall.  Overnight will be the time where Midland and Odessa will pick up anywhere between 1-3" by morning.

Snow will begin to taper off tomorrow with light snow flurries and no additional accumulation.  Clouds will remain Friday making it another cold day in the 30s with wind chills in the 20s.

As the upper level low pushes northeast dry air will filter behind it giving way to sunny skies for the weekend and warming temperatures into the 50s.
