Ambulance Involved In Rollover Crash In Odessa

ODESSA -- An ambulance is involved in a rollover crash in Odessa.

    Odessa Police say that a 2009 Chevrolet ambulance (Odessa Fire and Rescue's Rescue 4) was on its way to respond to a major accident along Moss Avenue when the crash occurred.

    The ambulance was heading west on West University Boulevard around 9:30 AM Wednesday when the driver tried to make a left turn onto West Loop 338.

    The vehicle hit a slick spot in the road, went off the road and turned onto its side.

    Two paramedics were in the vehicle at the time of the crash, but no one was injured.

    No citations were issued for the crash.
