ECTOR COUNTY -- A fire that badly damaged an R.V. in Ector County is being investigated as arson.

The fire broke out in an R.V. at 86th Street and Andrews Highway (U.S. 385) around 7:30 PM  on January 9th.

No one was injured in the fire, but the R.V. was mostly destroyed.

Investigators reportedly heard that someone might have poured gasoline on the floor of the motor home and set it on fire.

Ector County Sheriff's deputies confirm an arson investigation is underway, but they won't go into more detail on the incident.
