MIDLAND---Odessa native, Roe Hubbard is the CEO of Members Only Automotive. With over 170 employees and more than 15 years experience in the automotive industry, Hubbard was chosen out of more than 200 candidates to co-star in the upcoming reality show "Car Lot Rescue".

The show gives viewers a look at what goes on inside the walls of a car dealership.

"There's people getting fired, there's people fighting, the places are a mess and it's the reason why they're about to go out of business" says Hubbard "our job is to keep them from going out of business".

Hubbard serves as a trainer on the reality show and lends his expert advice to dealerships in need of it.

Even though he has been in and out of Odessa, he is still a proud Odessa High graduate.

The star of "Car Lot Rescue" is Tom Stuker, who's been a recognized leader in the world of automotive sales and management consultation.

"You're either going to love him or hate him" says Hubbard about Stuker.

The show will be filled with humor, but will also serve as a learning tool for both dealerships and anyone interested in learning more about what happens inside car dealerships.

Even though only 8 episodes have been made to date, Hubbard says there's talks about a second season.

If you're interested in appearing on the show you can contact Roe Hubbard at 352-1851.

"Car Lot Rescue" premiers on February 10th on SpikeTV.
