Midland Police say that a 14-year-old boy who was driving a 2002 Ford Excursion crashed into E&R Automotive in the 300 block of North Terrell Street around 5:25 PM Wednesday.
The vehicle passed completely through the building, partially exiting out the other side.
Police also say that the boy had been involved in another crash at Lamesa Road and Kansas Avenue moments before the crash occurred.
The boy reportedly rear ended a Nissan vehicle with the Expedition in the southbound lanes of Lamesa Road.
However, instead of stopping to exchange information, the teen reportedly drove off at a high speed until he lost control of the Expedition and crashed into E&R Automotive.
The owner of E&R Automotive was taken to Midland Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while the teen was taken to M.M.H. with minor injuries.
Two adults in the Excursion refused treatment at the scene, and 4 people in the Nissan weren't injured in the first wreck.
The teen was later taken into custody and charged with failure to stop when involved in an accident and aggravated assault.
