Fort Davis Woman Dies In Rollover Crash Along Rural Road

JEFF DAVIS COUNTY -- A Fort Davis woman dies in in a rollover crash in rural Jeff Davis County.

    The Big Bend Sentinel reports that Kari Jo Todd died in the wreck, which occurred along TX 166 on January 18th.

    Texas Department of Public Safety troopers say that Todd, 64, was driving west on TX 166 when her vehicle started drifting to the right.

    The vehicle traveled about 300 feet before hitting a dirt embankment and going airborne.

    The vehicle then hit a fence and rolled over 3 times before coming to a stop.

    Todd was pronounced dead at the scene.

    Troopers believe that  fatigue might caused the wreck.
