MIDLAND -- A Midland man has pleaded guilty to federal child porn charges.

Mark Weldon Miller pleaded guilty to two federal counts of attempting to receive and receiving child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography on February 7th.

According to a federal complaint and indictment, Miller ordered child porn images from an Ohio-based business that reportedly focuses on "nudist" images in May 2012.

The order was reportedly sent through the United States Postal Service.

An undercover postal inspector found out about the shipment, and the inspector reportedly sent miller a fake erotic materials advertisement.

Miller, 51, reportedly ordered more pornographic images from the fake ad.

Agents later used a search warrant to look at Miller's home in the 2100 block of Wadley Avenue.

Agents reportedly found several child porn images on Miller's cell phone, which was in the home.

Some of the images reportedly involved children as young as 3 years old in sexually explicit poses.

Miller will be sentenced in federal court in Midland on April 25th.
