MIDLAND COUNTY -- A trash fire leads the arrest of 4 alleged illegal immigrants in Midland County.

Midland County Fire Marshal Dale Little tells Big 2 that four people were burning trash at a Midland County home around 10 PM on February 11th when the flames burned out of control.

The fire charred the backyard of the home -- which is located along South County Road 1140, south of TX 158.

Firefighters were able to get the blaze out before it reached the home.

Four people at the home were arrested after the fire.

The four people are accused of being in the United States illegally.

The 4 people arrested -- whose names haven't been announced -- are now in the custody of officials with Immigration and Naturalization Services.
