PUEBLO, CO -- A man accused of stealing an S.U.V., several electronics and cash from a Carlsbad, NM autoplex finds himself behind bars 460 miles away.

Dustin Alen Hensley was arrested on February 12th.

Carlsbad (NM) Police say that Henley broke into the Tate Branch Autoplex in the 1000 block of North Canal Street late on February 11th.

Henley reportedly turned off a breaker and cut power to the building and parking area at the autoplex.

Henley then allegedly broke into the building, rummaged through desks and busted open a safe.

Officers say that Henley stole 2 new cell phones and an iPod, along with money and a 2007 GMC 1500 Denali.

An officer on patrol in the area discovered the damage around 3:15 AM on February 12th.

ONSTAR then located the vehicle along Interstate 25 near Pueblo, CO.

Colorado State Troopers tried to pull over the Denali.

However, police say that Henley took off -- setting up a 30-mile high speed pursuit which reached speeds as high as 110 mph.

Henley -- who's from Carlsbad -- allegedly tried to run away at the end of the chase, but troopers caught up with him and arrested him.

Carlsbad Police say that Henley was on parole for breaking into the very same autoplex on July 14, 2011.

Detectives of the Carlsbad Police Department continue to investigate the incident.
