ODESSA -- Original opera - "The Dream" - set to take the stage at the Globe Theatre.

The Dream is based in World War I, French soldier Andre is facing his life in the trenches. During the siege and going "over the top" he gets hit with a bomb shell and is knocked out. At this point he is spiraled into a dream state where he is reminded of his past, his wife, his sister and mother, the times he had at the local bar, and his childhood. At the end he wakes up and in the mist of all a beautiful butterfly appears after his prayer to St. Michael for assistance. He reaches for the butterfly while his prayer is answered in the beautiful wings of the butterfly. The Dream is done in collaboration with the O.C. Music Department and is based on music written by Maurice Ravel and Carl Orff; Translated by Dr. David Corman.
