Officials with the Ector County Sheriff's Office say they are still waiting on autopsy results from the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office.

Officials also say they Max's adoptive parents -- Alan and Laura Shatto -- have been cooperating with the investigation.

At this time no charges have been filed.
