Midland Police Look For Music Shop Robber

MIDLAND -- Midland Police are looking for a man who robbed a music shop at gunpoint.

    Officers say that a man went into the Tropicana music shop (610 South Terrell Street) on the evening of February 25th.

    The robber then pointed a black handgun at the cashier and demanded money.

    The robber then reportedly reached over the counter and grabbed a white Community National Bank bag that had about $1,136 in it.

    The robber then allegedly took off from the scene.

    Police say that the robber was a Hispanic man with a mustache who was in his 40's.

    The man was reportedly 6'3" tall and had a large build.

    Officers say the robber was wearing a black cap, a black jacket and blue jeans.
